Returns policy

🔁 How to Request a Return:

 

To initiate a return, email atthebuzzeruk@gmail.com with:

• Your full name
• Order number or proof of purchase
• Reason for return

We’ll respond with confirmation and return instructions.

✅ Eligibility for Return:

 

You are entitled to:

• A refund if the item you received is not as described
• A 14-day cooling-off period (from the day you receive your order), during which you can cancel your order for any reason

Please note:

• Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached
• You are responsible for return postage
• We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns

 

 

 

💸 Refunds:

 

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we aim to process refunds within 2 working days
• If you cancel within the 14-day period, we will refund the full item cost (shipping is not deducted as all orders ship free)
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

🧵 Vintage Jersey Sizing & Condition:

 

All items are individually measured and condition-graded. Pit-to-pit and length measurements are included in every product description to help you shop confidently. If you have any questions about fit, we’re happy to help before you purchase.
