Returns policy

🔁 How to Request a Return:

 

To initiate a return, email atthebuzzeruk@gmail.com with:

• Your full name
• Order number or proof of purchase
• Reason for return

We’ll respond with confirmation and return instructions.

✅ Eligibility for Return:

 

You are entitled to:

• A refund if the item you received is not as described
• A 14-day cooling-off period (from the day you receive your order), during which you can cancel your order for any reason

Please note:

• Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached
• You are responsible for return postage
• We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns

 

 

 

💸 Refunds:

 

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we aim to process refunds within 2 working days
• If you cancel within the 14-day period, we will refund the full item cost (shipping is not deducted as all orders ship free)
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

🧵 Vintage Jersey Sizing & Condition:

 

All items are individually measured and condition-graded. Pit-to-pit and length measurements are included in every product description to help you shop confidently. If you have any questions regards sizing or fit, please contact me as I’m here to help.
